I am a Certified Sexologist and Registered Social Worker who specializes in Individual and Relationship Therapy. I landed my dream job and I consider myself blessed that I get to do what I do!
When I finally finished school after 9 endless years, the life long learner in me continued on to do many certificates and trainings in things such as Sex Therapy, Hypnotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness. I’ve also done trainings in Gottman’s Couples Therapy, Emotion Focussed Therapy, and Imago Therapy.
