We’re here again. 😷 About to head into week three of what I’m calling lockdown 2.0. Gyms are closed and it’s cold outside this time around. Finding the motivation to move and strengthen our muscles can be challenging without our normal go tos.
Add to that, continued stress from working at home, parenting and homeschooling, nurturing relationships (near and far) and of course, the pandemic that surrounds us.
But just because we might not be doing what we are used to and what we most enjoy, doesn’t mean we can’t move our bodies in some way. 🏋🏽♀️🚶🏾♂️🚴🏼♂️🧘🏼♀️

My current go tos are:
• Stretching and resistance training with my new Pilates bar.
• Online workouts from my gym using my weights, a kettlebell and bands.
• Breathing exercises.
What I would like to include:
• More walking.
• A stationary bike.
